                               RESOLUTION NO. 20118
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH KING'S LAWN 
                   MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR MISCELLANEOUS LAWN 
                   SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF THREE THOUSAND 
                   DOLLARS ($3,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into a 
       contract with King's Lawn Maintenance Service for miscellaneous 
       lawn services in the amount of $3,000.00.
